Center for Houston’s Future (CHF) values its users’ privacy. Our Policy has been designed and created to assure those affiliated with Center for Houston’s Future of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

  • Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, email address, billing and/or credit card information (for payment processing only), etc. which may be used when you donate, subscribe to events, or join the alumni directory.

On password-protected, private CHF Alumni Directory pages, Alumni can provide and view additional information such as:

  • Alumni Class, Company Name, Involvement in Social Networks, Areas of Expertise, etc.

Only Alumni who log in to the CHF Alumni Directory website with a password can edit their own information. Alumni who log in to the CHF Alumni Directory may see other Alumni information listed above.

Please rest assured that this site will only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide to us by way of surveys, alumni directory forms, and emails. It is the intent of this site to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested, and any additional uses specifically provided for in this Policy.

Use of information collected:

Center for Houston’s Future does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any user lists and/or names to any third parties. CHF uses various third-party social media features including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within the Center for Houston’s Future’s control. All information provided to the CHF Alumni Directory is for the sole use by and for CHF Alumni members to enhance their networking and collaboration opportunities

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Our website does contain links to affiliates and other websites. Center for Houston’s Future does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices, and/or procedures of other websites. This Policy applies solely to the information collected by our website.
