Regional Research & Strategic Planning

The Center develops research on public policies and their long term impact on the Houston region. The Center's 2009 Environment Indicator Report was released in January of this year.

A new report focusing on Water and Green Buildings is currently in the works and will be released in early 2011. Read more.

Civic Leadership

The Center convenes senior leaders bi-annually to provide opportunities for collaboration and action on regional issues. All Leadership Forum Classes thru the Spring 2010 Class get exclusive access to the participant directory and other information on the Business/Civic Leadership Forum Website.

Community Engagement

09.15.10 - Brazoria County Indicator Workshop
As a follow-up to the 2009 Indicator Report on Air Quality, Parks, Trails and Trees, the Center will be holding public workshops to create awareness and dialogue in the community. The first such workshop is scheduled to be held in Brazoria County.

09.30.10 - The Fall 2010 Forum Is Almost Here!

The Forum Dates are:

Session I: September 30, 2010 - October 2, 2010

Session II: November 5 and 6, 2010
